Position Summary: Lead the Dermatological Skincare Franchise (Cetaphil) in Sales and Marketing, holding P&L; Accountability. On the sales side, also lead service to the Therapeutic Dermatology Franchise (Medicines BU) on the sales channel. Responsible for leading a direct and multifunctional team towards business objectives. Responsible for guiding and developing team members in different areas of knowledge (Marketing, Sales, Medical Promotion, Leadership). Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Management strategy and programs to provide strategic direction to sales and marketing activities like business development, product/brand P&L;, brand licensing, in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies. - Design and develop policies and processes for planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands. - Plan and develop sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships. - Lead, manage and implement brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standard. - Deliver critical processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met. - Lead and formulate plans and processes to evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L; (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.). - Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside Galderma. Requirements: - University or Master's degree. - Solid Marketing Experience in Consumer Goods or Beauty Segments. - Solid Leadership Experience in managing managers. - Experience in Sales / Supporting Sales Strategy in Retail Channel, considering joint Business Planning. - Track Record in Growth Acceleration. - High Capability to Develop Teams' skills. - High Analytical Skills. - High Communication Skills. - Action Driven / Hands On. - Insights Knowledge to lead design and understanding of Researches (Consumer understanding, Tracking, HCP researches, Concept test, Communication qualification, etc.). - Digital / E-Commerce knowledge (media and retail).
