Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. (REMOTE position - LATAM) The Digital Media Specialist will lead day-to-day media planning and buying for assigned agency clients. This individual will strategically execute against clients' media objectives, goals, and expectations with best-in-class paid media solutions. The Digital Media Specialist will have a close working relationship with the internal and external clients and will build and oversee the execution of media plans. This individual will advocate for plan approval and participate in client meetings and presentations outlining media objectives, KPIs, and budgets. What you will do: Define holistic digital media strategies that meet business and marketing objectives and align with messaging strategies for clients. Discuss strategy with clients and conduct annual briefs to determine goals/objectives (establishing clear KPIs) for annual and supplemental media plans. Prepare detailed media plans and oversee digital media implementation. Create and maintain media flowcharts and authorizations across all digital media channels. Contribute to developing forward-thinking strategies and campaigns. Construct persuasive, story-telling presentations and deliver them confidently. Transform research data into actionable customer insights and conclusions. Stay current on media trends and capabilities across relevant channels. Evaluate media proposals and develop agency perspectives. Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate delays effectively. Act as escalation point for client or internal issues. Understand clients' industries and ensure media mix aligns with objectives and organizational goals. Requirements: 2+ years experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency setting. Understanding of US markets/DMAs; multicultural experience is a plus. Deep knowledge of negotiation and media buying processes, with experience managing multi-media campaigns. Excellent analysis, reporting, and presentation skills. Passion for emerging media technologies and strategic engagement across platforms. Strong skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, etc. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns. Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong analytical skills, relating results to client objectives. Proficiency with media research and planning tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Nielsen). Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English.
