Manage and resolve cases affecting Rappitenderos. As part of Rappi, your responsibilities will include: Reporting rain conditions to the Mexico team. Assigning manual orders when required. Ensuring delivery of bags and jackets to RTs. Inventory management of supplies (bags and jackets). Validating RT profiles. Updating RT data (phone number, address, etc.). Assigning dispersion cards. Handling RT returns and ensuring proper registration. Reporting app inconsistencies reported by RTs. Requirements to join this vibrant universe include: Proactive, dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service. Technical background in logistics or administrative areas. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work with rotating shifts. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
