Team Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support our dynamic team of Product and Experience for Drivers across SSL. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving driver engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through strategic approach to the business, campaign planning, and market research. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our driver-focused initiatives and make a significant impact in the ridesharing industry. Role Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the product and experience team to develop driver engagement strategies, personalized campaigns, and loyalty programs. - Plan, follow up, optimize, deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives through A/B testing, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making. - Perform market research to identify industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement in the driver experience. - Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to stakeholders. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operation, product, and driver support to align strategies and ensure a seamless driver experience. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. - Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in driver engagement strategies. Role Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. - Proven experience in marketing stratey, campaigns, data analytics, or a similar role. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and draw actionable insights. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with different running projects. - Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations from the area. - Knowledge of the ridesharing industry and familiarity with driver-focused marketing strategies is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
