Graphic Designer (Multi-Channel Content Creation) About the Role: We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling designs across multiple channels, including social media, marketing decks, emails, websites, and print materials . The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and understands how to tailor designs for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: Design and create high-quality visuals for social media posts, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials. Develop eye-catching and engaging graphics optimized for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). Design pitch decks, investor presentations, and sales materials that align with brand identity and communicate messages effectively. Create email templates and graphics that enhance engagement and conversion rates. Work with branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with business goals. Edit and refine graphics based on feedback while maintaining attention to detail and design best practices. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and innovative. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva . Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel design work , including social media graphics, decks, and emails. Experience creating animated or motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is a plus. Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles . Ability to balance creativity with marketing objectives , ensuring designs drive engagement and conversions. Experience working with brands and maintaining brand consistency across all materials. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Experience with UI/UX design, website graphics, or product mockups is a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) for simple content edits. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for designing web assets. Experience with A/B testing design variations for social media and email campaigns. Understanding of marketing and ad design best practices for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
