As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we’re seeking an exceptional Head of Organizational Development to elevate and scale our people operations, shaping the future of our culture, systems, and talent strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop standardized recruitment funnels, processes, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent to support growth.Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience (90-day plan) to empower new hires and ensure alignment with elev8’s values and expectations.Ensure smooth employee offboarding processes with exit interviews and feedback loops for continuous improvement.Develop structured training programs for new and existing employees, collaborating with managers to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities.Create an employment branding strategy and collaborate with sales & marketing to showcase elev8’s culture and achievements across social media and our careers page.Establish clear KPIs or OKRs for team members and implement regular performance reviews to foster accountability and a feedback-rich culture.Identify drivers of employee satisfaction and design initiatives to boost morale, engagement, and retention of top performers.Example TasksBuild onboarding plans including training schedules, mentorship, and performance check-ins.Create a centralized knowledge base on our LMS for training and upskilling.Implement pulse surveys and feedback tools to inform engagement strategies.Develop and roll out a standardized performance review process.Organize team-building activities and recognition programs aligned with company values.Develop structured exit interview processes and track trends for leadership insights.Qualifications5+ years of proven management expertise in operations and organizational development.Experience scaling international teams in both in-office and remote settings.Track record of developing employee career pathing plans that promote internal growth.Proficiency with technology and AI, including ClickUp, Rippling, and OpenAI/ChatGPT.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.Strong collaborative skills to work across teams.elev8's Core ValuesAs a values-based firm, we hire people who share our principles:Appreciate the JourneyGo The Extra MileCustomers are KingAct Like an OwnerFocus on A-PlayersUnderstand the WhyFocus on ImpactAdapt and EvolveCompensation And Growth PotentialThe salary depends on qualifications and experience.
