The main objective of the Leader for Peru is to develop and execute effective talent acquisition and retention strategies in the Peruvian labor market, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of high quality candidates and contributing to organizational growth and success. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership of talent acquisition teams, with solid knowledge of the Peruvian labor market. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: -Bilingual English/Spanish (90%). -Strong knowledge of local TA strategies, headhunting and talent attraction, as well as talent retention. -Management of indicators associated with the selection cycle. -Knowledge of TA metrics and ability to meet ambitious hires growth goals. -Dominion of office automation tools and knowledge in reporting (intermediate excel, basic power BI). -Team leadership and adherence to regular personnel management guidelines. -Excellent communication skills, oral and written, as you will be communicating with LATAM and USA interlocutors. -Excellent attitude.
