You are expected to have a hands-on approach and be able to deliver solutions from start-to-end along with your team while respecting priorities and timelines, ensuring that Dialectica retains a consistently high level of operational excellence and customer experience. You should fit well into an organization where all members take collective responsibility for team successes/failures and you strongly believe that developing team members' level-up is profoundly beneficial to the team's and company’s success. **Indicatively, the responsibilities would include**: - Monitoring and maintaining networks, servers and technology tools - Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives - Troubleshoot issues and outages - Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats - Creating user accounts and performing access control - Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data - Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies - Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration - Work closely and collaboratively with the product and engineering teams to ensure operational stability and optimal user experience - Orchestrate delivery line incidents based on demand, priorities and resources - Participate in Agile projects as needed - Serve as an intermediary between the technology and business teams, bridging communication barriers with simple and effective language that can align everyone - Support the implementation and integration of different tools and platforms based on the company’s needs - Conduct QA testing in collaboration with the Product Operations team as needed - Cooperate with the product team in order to satisfy requests where requirements overlap - Team management **Requirements**: - At least four years of experience as a Support Technician with involvement in System Administration, Network Administration or similar role. - Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or any related field. - Post graduate degree is a plus. - Fluency in English, both verbal and written (additional language an asset). - Experience with Office Management and Support activities. - Strong knowledge in IT systems, networks, and related technologies. - Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security. - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills. - Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data - backup/recovery is a plus. - Relevant professional certifications are a plus. **Benefits** - Competitive base salary with additional performance incentives - Coverage under the company’s collective health insurance plan - Learning and development opportunities (e.g. onboarding, Mini-MBA, on-the-job training, Udemy courses and many others!) - Ext
