From complex tracking setups to high-impact dashboards and strategic guidance, you’ll lead the team that makes marketing measurable and scalable for our clients. What You’ll Own Be the go-to expert for solving complex tracking and attribution challenges (GA4, GTM, Meta, Google Ads, server-side, etc.) Lead and mentor a small team of analysts and implementers — reviewing their work and ensuring quality Own client strategy — guide decision-making, run client calls, and act as a trusted advisor for growth Create training, SOPs, and documentation to level up the team and keep improving quality Design and oversee tracking architectures, dashboards, and reporting systems Act as the final quality gate before anything goes live Who You Are A technical analytics expert with hands-on experience in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, conversion tracking, and server-side tagging You’ve worked with SaaS and e-commerce businesses and understand their growth levers You’ve led small teams, projects, or departments and know how to manage people, not just tasks Comfortable jumping on a call with clients and confidently breaking down complex data problems Obsessed with quality, clarity, and continuous improvement Why Join Sparksmetrics?
