You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a control center for making necessary package and route adjustments live. **What you’ll do**: - Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs - Solve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teams - Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks - Work with management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes **What You Bring**: - Passion about a top-tier tech startup that aims to build the next powerhouse of logistics technology - Ability to quickly navigate technology, multitasking with multiple systems - Excellent verbal and written communication - Detail orientation - Experienced with Zendesk, Chekr, Slack (nice to have) - In good standing in their current position Veho is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
