About the Role We are currently seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects across different industries, using the latest technologies to carry out complex financial tasks. Key Responsibilities - Support General Ledger Management: Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy while learning best practices in accounting standards. - Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable: Help process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections while developing expertise in financial operations. - Learn and Support Journal Entries: Participate in preparing and posting journal entries under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in financial record-keeping. - Assist with Bank Reconciliation: Support daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy and learn how to identify discrepancies. - Expense Monitoring: Help track and analyze expenses while learning to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Financial Reporting Support: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, gradually developing the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. - Tax Compliance Assistance: Support tax compliance efforts by assisting in the preparation of tax-related documents and learning about regulatory requirements. - Process Improvement Participation: Observe and suggest ideas for improving accounting processes, gaining insights into workflow optimization. - Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with team members, gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration while building financial communication skills.
