About this Role "> This role encompasses end-to-end customer support, working across multiple business units to ensure seamless delivery of services. As a key technical contact, you will manage complex projects, collaborating with project management and technical staff to drive success. "> - Act as primary technical interface and first escalation point within the customer project. "> "> Key Skills and Qualifications "> "> - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics or related) with experience in telecommunication area. "> - Deep knowledge of Telecommunication Cloud Core network architecture (IMS, SDM, EPC and 5G Core). "> - Strong Technical Management process skills for complex solution integration of mobile core networks. "> - Knowledge of orchestration and life-cycle management of cloud, IP network and applications. "> - Business understanding and development. "> - Customer Focus. "> - Leadership & Management.
