Technical Product Manager We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) functionality within our 360 Fraud Protection platform. This role combines technical depth with strategic product thinking. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather input from customers and stakeholders, and deliver solutions that drive adoption, revenue growth, and operational efficiency in an integrated fraud protection environment. Key Responsibilities: - Guide product direction through input from clients, market research, and internal stakeholders. - Document the complete customer experience and the value our product delivers. - Define and maintain outcome-based product roadmaps and set priorities based on vision, cost/value, and emerging trends. - Collaborate with UX teams on user journeys, storyboards, and designs to ensure intuitive experiences. - Establish and track success metrics for roadmap items. - Lead product teams of engineers and testers, defining high-level requirements that can be broken down into smaller, technical user stories. - Produce and maintain documentation, including technical delivery guides, training, and user materials. - Support sales, marketing, and customer support functions as the internal expert for our product. - Coordinate release planning and communication across internal and external audiences. Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in a product owner or similar role. - 8+ years of professional experience in software or financial services roles, preferably in CIAM, Identity Management, Authentication, or Fraud Prevention. - Driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Ability to conduct independent market research and competitive analysis. - Strong product roadmap and backlog management capabilities. - Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments. - Available for occasional travel to regional offices, site visits, industry conferences, and events. - Understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle and basic software engineering concepts, including Agile and Scrum. Language: - Native English speaker with professional working proficiency in Spanish, or - Native Spanish speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
