About The Role The Business Development Manager will generate revenue by directly selling Fraud Prevention solutions to B2B clients, focusing on the Andean region and Central America, employing a hunter approach for new and existing clients. Responsibilities Collaborate with other departments for integrated customer care and market needs. Assist other Business Development Managers in selling fraud solutions. Develop strategies for acquiring new clients, including calls and meetings. Support clients in the Andean region and Central America (excluding the Caribbean). Use tools for prospecting and managing client relationships. Sell complex fraud solutions requiring a strong commercial and technical understanding. Travel up to 30-40% for client meetings and business activities. Maintain high-quality customer contact to meet targets and create competitive advantage. Drive market initiatives and work with planning and product teams to maximize opportunities. Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and new products. Requirements Over 5 years successful sales/account management experience in Fraud Prevention solutions in B2B. Proficiency in English. Based in Colombia (Home Based). Experience with financial institutions and LATAM success preferred. Willing to travel (+30%). Experience with prospecting and CRM tools.
