The Floor Supervisor will oversee the smooth operation of our studio, ensuring game integrity, supervising game presenters and shufflers, and maintaining high operational and appearance standards. Responsibilities: - Incident Resolution: Identify and resolve any game or staff-related incidents promptly. - Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and teamwork with multiple teams. - Operational Monitoring: Ensure the operational quality and safety of the studio, inspecting equipment and identifying potential issues. - Staff Supervision: Conduct regular checks to ensure dealers and shufflers are present during shifts and maintain accurate attendance records. - Appearance Standards: Monitor and assess staff members' appearance, adhering to the established dress code. - Game Supervision: Oversee game presenters' and shufflers' activities, ensuring smooth game rotations and adherence to company standards. Candidate Requirements: - Industry Experience: Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is beneficial. - Game Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Blackjack and basic knowledge of casino equipment procedures. - Skills: - - Advanced PC skills (Office 365). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Conflict management abilities. - Good time management skills.
