Project Coordinator - Pharmaceutical Industry Job Description: - Provide project management support and ensure the end-to-end effective delivery of designated publications or medical education deliverables across all phases. - Coordinate and manage the review process for all promotional and non-promotional materials, including launch materials. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate communication between teams during the review process. - Track the status of materials under review and ensure timely completion of the review process. - Prioritize review of launch materials to meet critical launch milestones and deadlines. - Maintain accurate records of all reviews, decisions, and related documentation. - Identify and escalate recurring issues or misunderstandings related to the application of key principles to stakeholders. Requirements: - Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in regulatory affairs, or medical affairs. - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and promotional material requirements. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with medical and legal review processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
