Job Description - National Accounts Ecommerce Support Specialist (2501823) Job Number: 2501823 Description: Support the Sales and Service Teams with the creation and maintenance of customer eStores, punchouts, and direct sale offerings. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain direct sale programs and eStores in Company’s Direct Sale software (Mozart and SAP Commerce Cloud). Review account/customer needs and implement functionality in SAP Commerce Cloud. Analyze and provide program-based data. Communicate necessary system enhancements/functionality as needed. Support Program Managers with any changes to established programs by updating program set-up in software applications. Manage individual project timelines and due dates. Communicate and coordinate changes in a clear quick way so deadlines are met. Qualifications: Associates degree in Business Management or related field preferred. 1 Year working on ecommerce projects. Ability to learn new applications (ie. SAP Commerce Cloud, Hybris, Tableau, Mozart, Oracle, etc) quickly and easily. Competent in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Must have flexibility to multi-task, prioritize, and change direction in a deadline driven environment. Strong orientation towards analytic work, details, precision and problem solving. Comfortable working under pressure and with all levels of management. Process driven but with the ability and desire to think and work outside the box. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with multiple teams.
