Our Expertise - Communications - Commerce - Consultancy - CRM - CX - Data - Production - Technology About the Role We are seeking an Account Receivable Senior who will be responsible for managing the complete cycle of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely billing, proactive payment monitoring, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Billing: Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to clients. - Payment Follow-up: Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on overdue payments. - Collections: Contact clients to remind them of pending payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary. - Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing disputes efficiently and effectively. - Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable with internal accounting records. - Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts receivable, including analysis of outstanding balances. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding accounts receivable. - Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to accounts receivable processes. Requirements: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (desired). - Proven experience in accounts receivable (minimum 2 years). - Familiarity with basic accounting principles. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. - Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
