Our integrated, multidisciplinary teams include experts in formation evaluation, geoscience, geomechanics, reservoir modeling and simulation, reservoir engineering, and well production. The Global Key Account team directs and innovates within the broader Sales & Commercial organization for all Product Line interactions at the enterprise level. Role Responsibilities As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for: 1. Driving activities such as early engagement, prospecting, strategy, marketing, account planning, and fostering customer partnerships to maximize business opportunities within the RTS product line and beyond. 2. Identifying early engagement and must-win opportunities for the global key account, ensuring visibility to Global and Regional HQ teams to meet financial targets and business objectives. 3. Shaping customer intimacy to position Baker Hughes as a partner of choice locally and globally. 4. Understanding customers’ business needs and objectives to create opportunities and demonstrate value through partnering with Baker Hughes. 5. Communicating customers’ strategic needs effectively to translate into outcome and value-based solutions. 6. Creating customer-facing initiatives like executive briefings and workshops to align strategies and communicate directions to stakeholders. 7. Facilitating communication between client’s technical/R&D; groups and business segments for collaboration and joint projects. Qualifications & Skills To succeed in this role, you should have: - Technical awareness in Geo, Petro, or Reservoir Engineering disciplines. - Significant experience in Key Account Management within the subsurface sector. - A proven track record of solution selling in complex technical environments. - Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and stakeholder influence at all levels. - Ability to communicate effectively at C-Suite and executive levels. - Strategic and analytical skills to craft and deliver technical and commercial solutions. - Fluency in oral and written English. - Leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities for best practices in solution selling and account navigation. - Vision and agility to drive global growth and enhance customer relations. - Creative thinking to uncover, translate, and convert customer needs into solutions. - A growth mindset to discover and connect implicit information. - Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
