Our technology driven client-first culture, combined with innovative legal strategies, ensures justice is accessible and personalized. **Position Summary** The Intake Lead is responsible for supporting the Intake Manager in coordinating daily intake operations and ensuring a high standard of quality in all new case files. This role requires attention to detail, organizational discipline, and a compassionate approach to working with prospective clients and referral sources. **Primary Responsibilities - Intake Operations** - Assist with coordinating in-house client sign-ups, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed. - Maintain and update intake packets, authorizations, and critical case forms in collaboration with supervising paralegals. - Upload intake documentation, digital photos, and signed contracts into CRM/Case Management software. - Serve as backup for entering after-hours and weekend intakes into the system when needed. - Support file review processes, including prior attorney file breakdowns and initial case review checklists. - Communicate with referral attorneys to collect necessary intake details and provide timely updates. - Ensure outbound E-signature and mail-away contracts are sent and tracked appropriately. - Maintain intake tracking tools, such as the hospital list and referral logs, for internal use. **Qualifications** - High School Diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or legal coursework is a plus. - 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or call center intake setting preferred. - Working knowledge of CRM/Case Management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). - Excellent ENGLISH communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity. - Professional demeanor and ability to uphold client confidentiality at all times. **HOW TO APPLY**: Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): - Do you have at least two years' experience in intake role in a law firm? **Language**: - English fluently (required)
