Job Description "> This role is responsible for coordinating and controlling operations within a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, experience with demand management and control, and proficiency in SAP or other ERP software. "> Responsibilities 1. Represent program management within the plant, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and guidelines. 2. Coordinate site stakeholders to manage end-to-end impacts from supply chain, including identifying contractual discrepancies and collecting evidence for claims. 3. Control commitments involving the plant towards customers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services. 4. Negotiate OTD collaboration pre- and post-delivery with customers based on weekly process results and actual deliveries. 5. Follow-up on outstanding work until handover to program management. "> Requirements - Bachelor's or Engineering degree preferred. - Over 3 years of industry experience. - Proven program/project management skills. - Experience with demand management and control. - Proficiency in SAP or other ERP software. - Fluent in English; French is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Self-disciplined, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Customer-focused, proactive, strategic, and analytical thinker. - Committed to continuous improvement.
