More aboutus: https://www.hach.com/about-us Reporting to the Sr. Director,Global Financial Planning and Analysis, the FP&A; is responsiblefor managing data, financial modeling, trend analysis, andfinancial systems to support key decision-making processes. Youwill ensure data integrity across deliverables, maintainconsistency in cost elements and product lines, and analyzefinancial metrics across the Profit & Loss (P&L;), BalanceSheet (BS), and Working Capital. Responsibilities: - Support theanalysis and maintenance of data integrity across versions ofdeliverables, ensuring consistent application of cost elements,product lines, and other financial components. - Develop andmaintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI orequivalent tools to support global financial stakeholders. -Conduct detailed analysis for P&L;, BS, and Working Capital,identifying trends and key insights related to metrics such ascollections, cost elements, and product performance. - UtilizeOneStream and Oracle Fusion to extract, consolidate, and analyzefinancial data across multiple systems. - Create and manage trendanalysis for key P&L; cost elements and balance sheet metrics toprovide actionable insights. - Ensure version control and managemultiple data sets, enabling accurate forecasting and analysis. -Collaborate with global finance teams to align forecasts, budgets,and variance analyses across regions. - Provide system-levelsupport, ensuring effective use of data tools and platforms. Thisposition is part of the Corporate Finance team, located in Bogotá,and will be hybrid. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in finance,Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 1+ years ofexperience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a similarrole. - Proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent tools), OneStream,and Oracle Fusion. - Strong analytical skills and attention todetail, with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. -Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables,macros, and complex formulas. - Knowledge of forecastingtechniques, variance analysis, and financial modeling. - Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills to work across global teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a global organizationwith complex financial structures. - Familiarity with additionaldata tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or other analytics platforms. - Certification in Power BI or data analytics is a plus.
