This is a permanent position to work in our Cartagosite, located in Zona Franca La Lima. Job Function Summary: The HRpartner will work closely with leaders to align HR strategies withbusiness goals, fostering a positive organizational culture whileensuring HR initiatives support the company's growth and success.This position will be also responsible for managing, analyzing, andadministering compensation strategies, ensuring a competitive andequitable salary structure that attracts and retains talent,aligned with organizational goals and industry standards. MajorAreas of Accountability: - Collaborate with business leaders tounderstand their objectives and translate them into actionable HRstrategies and solutions. - Provide HR advice and counsel tomanagement and staff on employee relations, performance issues, andother HR-related matters. - Act as a trusted advisor and partner toleadership teams, helping them address HR challenges and leveragehuman capital to drive business outcomes. - Proactively identifyHR-related opportunities to improve business performance andculture. - Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure thatsalary offers for new hires and internal promotions align with thecompany's compensation philosophy and market standards. - Conductinternal and external salary analyses to ensure the competitivenessof the compensation structure. - Assist in the development andmaintenance of salary scales and pay structures. - Lead the annualsalary review processes including annual bonus for WC positions. -Evaluate job positions and determine appropriate salary rangesbased on internal and external factors. - Work close with financeteams to manage compensation budgets and forecasts. - Evaluatepositions and keep job descriptions and salary ranges up to date. -Develop and maintain reports on salary trends and compensationadjustments. - Assist in creating and implementing incentiveprograms, bonuses, or variable compensation. - Participate inspecial projects related to improving compensation processes andsystems. - Implement new tools and platforms that enhancecompensation management. Responsible for: - Performing their job incompliance with the guidelines given - Drawing attention to themanager to any difficulties in understanding or following theguidelines - Drawing attention to inefficiency of the system -Support the positive EHS culture Essential Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources,Finance, or related field - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience incompensation and/or benefits administration, preferably in themanufacturing or healthcare industry. - Excellent understanding ofHR functions and best practices - Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. - MS Office Intermediate knowledge RequiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: - High degree of personalownership on all areas of own responsibilities - Ability toeffectively communicate with all levels of the organization - Highlevel of integrity - Ability to work with confidential data andmaintain a high level of discretion - Organizational and timemanagement skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solvingskills - Highly detail oriented Coloplast Group - Holtedam 1 -Humlebaek - DK 3050 - Denmark #J-18808-Ljbffr
