What you will do Develop category-specific requirements and scopes of work aligned with business needs and sourcing strategies. Conduct spend analytics to deliver total cost of ownership insights and cost savings. Manage RFx processes, participate in negotiations, and support strategies based on analytics. Manage supplier selection and develop contractual agreements in collaboration with client’s business and legal teams. Collaborate with Client Category Managers/SMEs on sourcing strategies. Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including data analysis, market research, and supplier discovery. Analyze proposals, facilitate evaluations, and present findings to clients. What you should bring Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3-6 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, procure-to-pay, RFX auctions, and procurement processes. Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Other Skills: Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills. Proficiency in sourcing methodologies, e-Sourcing tools, and RFX management. Experience in auction development and supplier engagement. Negotiation strategy skills. Team management experience. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Knowledge of best sourcing practices. Excellent client issue management and communication skills. Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
