Very fast-paced with exciting customers. **About The Role**: We are looking for a Project Team Coordinator to work with two PMs and two productions teams, one in LATAM and another one in Europe. **Responsibilities**: - Cooperates with the project manager on the technical preparation phase of the project, its realization and final evaluation of the project - Prepares internal version of project plans and schedules based on client-specific requirements. Applies appropriate contingencies in planning and resourcing. - Allocates required project resources (people, tools, hardware, software, ) - PTC will have considerable, but not complete visibility into project financials, including buy and sell rates, but not all salaries. It is expected that the PTC will develop a mature perspective on the realities of supporting global business and help make and implement project resourcing and financial strategies that contribute at the same time to client satisfaction and RWS’ financial health. - Assures the engineering work is being performed correctly, according to the project specific instructions, per deadlines and customers' quality requirements. - Leads the implementation of new customers' and company tools, their testing and provides professional feedback - Independently communicates with project team, partners, customers and company departments per project manager instructions - Cooperates with the project manager on engineering resources planning, reporting to customer and solving project issues - Monitors the performance of engineers, suggest the areas of further training and skill development - Identifies risks and inefficiencies in engineering processes and suggests solutions - Prepares and completes project specific education, coaching. - Participates on project planning & preparation - Can act as superiors' backup in a long time period - In line with project plans: organizes, assigns, measures and monitors work of his/her project team members. Ensures team's compliance with standards, practices and policies. - Ensures quality and timelines of team's deliveries, plus team's responsiveness and professional treatment of both external and internal clients. - Maximizes utilization of his/her subordinates. Prepares alternative work for periods without projects - internal work on unit development, billable work for other teams and units. - Ensures that specific knowledge is recorded and shared by his/her team across RWS through wiki pages, shared drives, portals, trainings etc. - Actively participates on Unit (corporate) management (meetings) - provides data, informs, proposes innovations, provides constructive feedback. - Participates in the hiring process of Localization Leads/Engineers - Prepares and drives daily scrum meetings sessions **Requirements**: - Knowledge on localization, CAT tools, basic Excel.
