We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Influencer & Giveaway Coordinator to manage our influencer partnerships, giveaway campaigns, and assist with digital ad strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of social media engagement, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. WE WILL REQUEST A PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLE PROJECT(S) AND A VOICE NOTE FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS Responsibilities: Create engaging social media content and manage online communities across various platforms. Influencer Outreach, Writing Content for social media posts, and Channel posts engagements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling community management solutions. Maintain and evolve our brand voice and community guidelines to ensure consistency across all online interactions. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our online presence. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. Develop and maintain a giveaway schedule. Work with management to determine giveaway unit counts for each product line. Ensure all rules and guidelines for giveaways are accepted and followed by influencers and ensuring the products are positively promoted. Identify and engage with potential influencers to promote brand giveaways. Maintain strong relationships with influencers to drive campaign success. Collaborate with Management on figuring out digital ad strategies to boost giveaway reach. Provide input on paid promotions to optimize engagement. Manage and maintain success rate and provide insights based on previous performance. Technical knowledge & skills required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in community management with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools. Strong understanding of online community dynamics and engagement strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take direction and feedback positively. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Experience with influencer marketing and social media campaigns. Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and outreach. Familiarity with TikTok and other social platforms for influencer collaboration. Ability to coordinate between different team members and ensure smooth execution.
