Monthly product volume analysis x gained new developments; 7.Conversion rate reporting, distributor satisfaction level, growth by product, segment, Chemical Guardian, Guardian, Training, visits. 8.Sending promotions / actions to reduce excess stock / Slow Movie, Campaigns. 9.Monitoring / Closing Rebates (monthly and quarterly - according to the distributor). Rebate sending of the monthly percentage performed; 10.Large volume negotiation in order to increase SKU sales. (pallets/container). 11.Support the distributor's inventory reduction; 12.Target linked to distributor growth** only earns the bonus on target for these distributors if they achieve the proposed growth (See target FY23); 13.Act according to Ansell Mexico's code of integrity and ethical conduct What will you bring to Ansell?
