Order Processing Expert We are seeking a skilled professional to capture customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system. This role is crucial in achieving fixed service level requirements for order cycle time deliveries and % of perfect orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring business interfaces, determining solutions to alerts and issues, and having knowledge of different order entry channels such as EDI, optical character recognition tool, web portal and CRM. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, good business acumen, and hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana, preferably in Application Interface framework modules. Additionally, knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise in MS Excel are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Capture customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system. - Monitor business interfaces and determine solutions to alerts and issues. - Hold knowledge of different order entry channels. - Solve integration issues between systems. About You: - At least 2-3 years of experience in order processing and customer service or similar. - Strong problem-solving skills and good business acumen. - Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana, preferably in Application Interface framework modules. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise in MS Excel.
