As a Civil BIM Modeler , you will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models for our construction projects in compliance with ISO19650 and company standards. You will lead the BIM modeling efforts, coordinate with project teams, ensure model accuracy, and support BIM QA/QC processes to deliver quality outputs that meet project requirements. Join us and lead delivery efforts that shape the region’s digital future. Your Role Review Tender & IFC BIM models, 2D drawings, and asset data issued by consultants in line with ISO19650 standards. Lead BIM modeling for design documents; guide and mentor a team of modelers. Prepare BIM models and generate general arrangement plans, diagrams, sections, elevations, and schedules using Revit. Maintain and optimize BIM models following best industry practices to ensure healthy, coordinated models. Coordinate with BIM and design teams to support modeling from 2D CAD plans and construction documents. Conduct clash detection and support clash avoidance measures. Assist internal and external stakeholders with the development and updating of construction documents. Maintain and apply company/project BIM standards, templates, and content. Update models and drawings based on RFI responses, engineering instructions, and design changes. Identify discrepancies in contract documents and report them promptly. Ensure all work complies with project information standards, BIM Execution Plans, and ALEC BIM implementation standards. Support as-built/redline and handover processes by updating models and extracting accurate drawings. Provide timely and accurate information to site teams and project managers. Follow a Monday to Saturday work schedule consistent with project-based industry norms. What We’re Looking For Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering (3 years). Minimum 3 years’ experience as a BIM Modeler in GCC countries. Expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD . Advanced knowledge of BIM fundamentals, principles, and workflows. Experience working in a collaborative shared environment. Good written and spoken English. Proficiency with Navisworks and/or Revizto . Advanced skills in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
