What are we looking for? University or Technical graduates in Marketing, Administration, or similar fields. Knowledge in creating invoices, receipts, credit and debit notes, shipping guides, withholding, and retention documents. Minimum of 6 months experience in the area. Intermediate proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PPT). Your Responsibilities Coordinate with store and warehouse managers locally and nationally regarding orders. Consolidate shipping guides and documents ensuring delivery. Coordinate the arrival and dispatch of our products from warehouse to point of sale - final customer. Verify orders according to customer specifications. Plan and manage the distribution of tire orders. Record trips in the system to provide relevant information for the involved areas to monitor dispatches.
