The HR Analyst will serve as a vital member of our Human Resource team. This position will help manage, plan and administer HR-related reports for the department, including recruitment, employee management, and work on special projects as needed. This position will provide HR reporting support to all departments. Responsibilities - You will be the first point of contact on HR-related issues for both employees and Managers and HR Partners located in North America. - Provides consultation to management representatives on personnel and employee/labor relations. - You will manage the life cycle of all employees in North America. - You will be responsible for keeping our HR management systems up to date. - You will assist in the development of employee-related policies and procedures that are in compliance with state and federal employment. - You will serve as a resource for managers on the interpretation and implementation of policies and best practices. - You will support the HR Manager – Employee Relations in the development of key performance indicators to track, measure, plan, and implement employee engagement, retention, and improvement efforts. - You will assist with HR compliance audits and training as needed. - You will monitor and respond to employee questions and escalate grievances to the HR Manager. - You will support the HR Manager – Employee Relations. - You will assist in the recruiting and onboarding process. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field such as Psychology. - 1-3 years experience in Human Resources. - Bilingual in Spanish and English; with competency in both written and spoken languages. - Coaching Course preferred. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. #J-18808-Ljbffr
