Our preferred candidate demonstrates goal-orientation, proactivity, focus, good communication skills, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment. Key activities: Market research. Document management and updates to branded materials (case studies, brochures, presentations for events). Non-technical bid support. Review bids and maintain brand standards. Track suppliers’ portals to map leads. Support branding inductions for new staff. Assist in internal communications and event preparations. Help process sales data to generate reports for the board. Ensure client care processes are fulfilled by delivery teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Administration, Design, or related fields. 1-2 years of professional experience in similar roles. Experience supporting business development processes (strategies, events, presentations) and bidding processes via supplier portals (SAP ARIBA/COUPA). Experience working in multicultural environments and engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels, supporting information flow through meetings and written communication. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus). Fluent in English. Valuable knowledge in Construction Projects and experience in consultancy firms.
