Post provided content across platforms, ensuring timely and consistent scheduling. Repost relevant content and stay updated on audience trends to drive engagement. Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and interactions professionally and promptly. Use platform features like polls, stickers, and interactive tools to boost engagement. Identify and capitalize on viral trends to increase brand visibility. Platform & Campaign Management: Utilize Meta Business Suite to efficiently manage and distribute content. Experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar tools is a plus. Understand how to leverage trending campaigns to fuel brand growth. Organization & Proactive Execution: Keep multiple accounts organized without missing a beat. Communicate seamlessly with the team via Slack, WhatsApp, and internal tools. Take initiative and problem-solve without the need for constant supervision. The Profile What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts with high engagement. Fluent English skills with strong writing ability. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social for content scheduling. A fast learner who can jump in and execute tasks efficiently.
