The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, showing proactivity and autonomy in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings to drive our business growth. You Will Lead Qualification: Utilize BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) methodology or similar frameworks to effectively qualify potential leads. Prospecting Activities: Engage in prospecting activities through outbound channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to identify and engage leads. Sales Engagement: Conduct effective sales calls and presentations to communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients. CRM Management: Accurately upload and manage deals in the CRM system, preferably Oracle Sales Cloud, to ensure streamlined tracking and reporting. Lead Engagement: Maintain a hunter mentality, proactively pursuing and engaging potential leads to expand the sales pipeline. You Have Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field. Experience Minimum of 2 years in outbound B2B or demand generation experience for appointment setters. Experience in the technology sector, preferably in the data center industry, to develop a thorough understanding of our products. Technical Skills Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for Oracle Sales Cloud. Familiarity with prospection tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Account-Based Tools, preferably 6Sense. Language Skills English level C1 or equivalent proficiency.
