The Finance Business PartnerTeam plays a pivotal role in DiDi’s strategic decision-making byacting as an advisor to the business across the Spanish-speakingLATAM (SSL) region. Working in close collaboration with FinancialPlanning & Analysis (FP&A;), the BP team bridges finance andoperations—turning data into actionable insights that driveperformance and growth. By partnering with operational teams (amongothers), the BP team ensures financial discipline while optimizingresource allocation, investment decisions, and mid/long-termstrategy. Through forecasting, scenario modeling, and businessperformance analysis, the team enables agile, data-drivendecision-making across the region. In this role, you'll be... -P&L; management - Drive financial performance through detailedanalysis, forecasting, and optimization of revenue streams and coststructures while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. -Lead performance management - Develop and monitor KPIs, analyzebusiness unit results vs targets, and implement corrective actionsin partnership with operational teams. - Conduct comprehensivefinancial analysis - Consolidate regional results, perform varianceanalysis, and deliver actionable insights to improve profitabilityand operational efficiency. - Partner with FP&A; - Alignfinancial and operational reporting to enhance performance trackingand decision-making across the region. - Manage risk andopportunities - Analyze macroeconomic trends and market conditionsto advise on P&L; impacts and growth strategies. - Drivestrategic financial planning - Support budgeting, forecasting, andscenario modeling to optimize resource allocation and businessperformance. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Experience withSQL for data analysis and reporting; Python knowledge is a plus. - Proficient English, with excellent written and verbal communicationskills to effectively communicate with international stakeholders. - A collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn andcontribute to a high-performing team. - Ability to manage multipletasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering accuratedata, actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
