Job Title: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments, managing orders, shipments, and requests to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Manage communication with clients via phone and email to provide exceptional customer service. - Monitor orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. - Verify stock alignments to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Enter orders and update data in company systems to maintain accurate records. - Handle returns, complaints, and post-sale issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and resolve interdepartmental issues. - Maintain documentation related to shipments and clients to ensure compliance and accountability. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics or related field preferred. - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Intermediate knowledge of English (B1 level) and proficiency in main IT tools such as Office Suite and shipping software. - Knowledge of SAP a plus but not required.
