Repurpose content from lectures, webinars, and interviews into various formats such as blogs, LinkedIn articles, whitepapers, and videos. Identify and coordinate speaking engagements, podcasts, and guest content opportunities. Craft compelling narratives around the company’s mission and its impact on STEM education. Awareness & Demand Generation Design and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns for educators, STEM professionals, and school administrators. Grow the company’s email list and social media following through outreach and engagement. Produce educational content series like newsletters and video clips. Support promotional efforts for partnerships and pilot programs. AI-Driven Content & Marketing Operations Leverage AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Canva AI) to streamline content creation. Automate workflows using platforms like Zapier, Buffer, or Hootsuite. Track and analyze campaign performance, recommending improvements with AI tools. Community Engagement & Support Monitor and engage with online educator communities on platforms such as Twitter/X, Reddit, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Respond to social media interactions and nurture engagement. Adapt messaging for different audiences, including K–12 and higher education. Founder Support & Marketing Administration Assist with follow-ups, marketing deliverables, and webinar logistics. Organize marketing files using tools like Google Drive or Notion. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed. Ideal Profile & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or content strategy. Proven ability to create and manage digital marketing campaigns. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling. Proficiency in Canva, ChatGPT, Buffer, Mailchimp, Trello, or willingness to learn. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Available Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (EDT/EST). Preferred Qualifications Experience in EdTech or marketing to education audiences. Passion for science, education, or learning innovation. Interest in AI-powered marketing tools. Ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $950 + $55 Allowance/month for candidates outside the PH (e.g., KS, CO).
