Future-Able is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work in a full-time, contract role capacity for one of our clients based in the US: Expected outcomes & responsibilities: - Develop project plans that outline dependencies, milestones, resource needs, and progress. - Ensure successful execution of each project by understanding business needs, contexts, and deadlines. - Monitor the quality of deliverables and ongoing performance to meet objectives and ensure satisfaction. - Address issues, foster team collaboration, and proactively identify and resolve challenges. - Ensure that project outcomes align with expectations, guidelines, and scope. - Lead meetings and working sessions with cross-functional teams, setting clear expectations and action items to ensure effectiveness. - Keep all stakeholders aligned on project scope, objectives, and framework. - Design and maintain the project framework to meet the needs of teams, initiatives, and the company. - Provide support to the brand team and their initiatives: - Ads ideation and production process. - Public Relations. - Influencers and content creators. - Organic Social Media & Community Management. Experience/Skills: - 5+ years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects. - Experience managing operations initiatives. - Proficiency in implementing and facilitating Scrum methodologies, including estimation and roadmap alignment as required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and creative approach to overcoming project challenges. - Ability to align projects with the company’s strategic goals and deliver impactful solutions. - Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of the company, teams, and initiatives. - USD salary. Full-time contract salary range - $3,000 - $3,200 per month. - Fully remote work. - Health insurance stipend. - 30 days of paid time off per year. - Opportunity to qualify for annual bonuses based on business performance and personal achievements.
