Key Responsibilities Business Strategy & P&L Ownership Develop and execute 3–5-year country strategy aligned with global objectives. Full accountability for Colombia P&L, sales targets, market share (KPIs, Revenue, ROI). Market Expansion & Brand Leadership Drive market penetration across retail/e-commerce/channel partners (e.g., Éxito, Falabella, Mercado Libre). Operations & Governance Oversee sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and compliance. Mitigate regulatory risks and ensure 100% legal compliance in Colombian market. Team Development Lead multi-functional team; foster talent pipeline and high-performance culture. Coach senior managers (Sales, Marketing, HR) to exceed business goals. Stakeholder Engagement Build strategic partnerships with government entities, distributors, and key accounts. Represent the company at national industry forums. Qualifications Non-Negotiables: 15+ years in Home Appliances/Consumer Electronics (OEM, brand, or retail). 5+ years as Country Head/GM with full P&L responsibility. Proven success in Colombian/LATAM market dynamics and distribution landscape. Fluent English and Spanish (written & verbal). Critical Competencies: ️ Leadership: Managed teams in matrix organizations. ️ Commercial Acumen: Expertise in channel strategy, trade marketing, pricing. ️ Agility: Navigated market volatility (e.g., currency fluctuations, supply chain disruption).
