We love to hustle, work hard for a greater good and strive to be the leading tech company in Latin America.- Rappi is growing at a tremendous rate and this position is crucial in our pursuit of a game-changing experience for our users and partners. **What you'll do**: - Build and manage a successful sales team responsible for exceeding sales KPIs and working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute sales objectives and goals - Develop exceptional customer-centric culture in your team and deliver unrivaled Restaurant-Partner experience. - Change and monitor successful execution to achieve results. Implement an efficient sales management system, and drive the sales discipline required to achieve sustainable results. - Drive strong Long Tail sales processes.
