The Fixed Assets Analyst will be responsible for supporting the process of successfully migrating Fixed Assets transactional and master data, from different ERP systems into Central Finance (SAP S4HANA). In this process the analyst will collaborate with the different stakeholders to cleanse, prepare, load, and reconcile Fixed Assets transactional and master data. **Responsibilities**: - Reconcile Fixed Asset Master and transactional data from source to target SAP Systems. - Identify and fix errors in data loaded during mock loads. - Prepare and cleanse data to be extracted from source systems. - Prepare and load fixed assets data into the target systems during the mock load process. - Responsible for preparing and maintaining mapping tables. - Maintaining and constantly improving excel reconciliation template. - Maintaining a strong relationship with clear lines of communication with different stakeholders and the project team. - Running meetings with business stakeholders to understand their needs from the system. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with SAP systems and Excel. - Knowledge of fixed asset accounting. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented and able to multitask. - 1-3 Years of Finance, Accounting and/or Systems experience, including 1-3 years of job-related experience with master data and transactional data - Strong Project Management Skills **We Don't Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.** Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
