QA User Function Automation Test Analyst | S2 | Operations | National Milton Keynes, United Kingdom **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** **Join our community.** In this high profile role, you’ll be responsible for delivering testing for functional deployments and project changes across all Back Office Operational areas. You’ll build Robotic tools and automations, making use of multiple digital tools to execute testing across both Partenon and 3rd party systems. If you’re someone who’s performed a similar role already, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your career. **The difference you’ll make.** - Working independently to fluid objectives, liaising, presenting and creating effective stakeholder relationships at operation & senior level. - Interpretating and analysing technical functional build documentation, challenging software delivery against the user requirements for both Model Office and User Acceptance Testing. - Analysing and identifying User Testing; Defining test scope, writing of test scripts and data. - Engaging the relevant business function for sign off, working against the risks to move to live, challenging entrance and exit criteria & escalating where required. - Managing incidents with clear and concise incident tickets, daily production of testing MI to product / project. **What you’ll bring.** - A detailed understanding of programming skills - VB, C#, SQL, Java, JavaScript, MS Office and other programming languages. Experience in the following software tools - MS Visual Studio, Intellij, Jenkins, GIT and BDD / Cucumber frameworks. - In depth Knowledge of Santander Functional Operating IT systems, such as Partenon, PCAS, & other 3rd party core operational systems. **It would also be nice for you to have.** - Good organisational and prioritisation skills. Confident communicator with the ability to cope with a fast-paced environment. - Ability to identify, analyse and solve complex information issues with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and suggest solutions to management. - Experienced in using the JIRA / X Ray testing tool. - Ability to work across cultural boundaries to deal effectively with all levels of staff and build good relations with internal and external departments. **What else you need to know.** We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or videoconference where possible.
