As a Market and Insights Manager you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data analytics and insights identification. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a holistic and evergreen understanding of the market dynamics and competitive landscape. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities at the local level by connecting multiple data sources. **What You’ll Do for Us** - Develop and maintain an evergreen understanding of the industry landscape, including trends, competitors, and best practices. - Generate actionable insights and uncover opportunities at a local level by connecting multiple data sources, such as agency research, industry financial reporting, syndicated data, global best practices, continuous tracking data, and reports. - Utilize strong problem-solving and story-telling skills to turn complex data and insights into powerful business narratives for internal and external stakeholders. - Employ Intermediate to advanced analytics techniques to read, interpret, and challenge different analytical tools as necessary. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and decision-making. - Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current analytical tools and recommend improvements or alternative solutions as needed. **Qualifications & Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Analytic or a related field; a master's degree is a plus - 5+ years’ experience focused on Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, and Business Transformation. - Proven experience in market research, industry analysis, data analytics, or similar roles. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret and challenge various analytical tools and data sources. - Exceptional story-telling skills, translating complex data and insights into compelling and easily digestible narratives for diverse audiences. - Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on making data-driven decisions. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
