Senior Account Manager (Expert Network) We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our executive leadership team in Bogota. This pivotal role will go beyond traditional account management to encompass business development, operational leadership, and strategic growth planning. About the Role This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to help establish and shape our Americas regional strategy. You will be one of the founding leaders of our Colombia office, driving our expansion and growth throughout the region. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Account Growth Development (40%): Develop and execute account growth strategies for key US clients, lead complex engagements that drive client success, identify expansion opportunities, and build deep relationships with decision-makers. - Business Development & Revenue Generation (40%): Own late-stage business development processes, drive contract negotiations, develop strategic proposals, convert qualified opportunities into active client relationships, and collaborate on revenue targets. - Operational Leadership & Team Building (20%): Build and mentor a multicultural Bogota team, establish operational excellence standards, implement scalable processes, participate in strategic planning, foster our entrepreneurial culture, and drive performance management initiatives. Qualifications for Success - Required Experience: 3+ years in expert networks, with at least 2 years in senior client-facing roles; proven track record growing strategic accounts with US consulting and financial services clients. - Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching or scaling operations in new markets, background in management consulting or investment banking, track record of P&L; responsibility or business unit leadership, international work experience, MBA or advanced degree.
