Title: Specialist - OFR Location: GSC BOG Ensure the management and monitoring of shipments, establish good communication with the customer, and analyze the situation effectively. Key Responsibilities : Analyze, process instructions/requirements, and manage import/export OFR operations for different customers. Maintain frequent contact with stakeholders to stay updated on shipment status and keep customers informed about import processes through emails, calls, and status reports. Proactively monitor shipment status using internal tools (CW1, DHLi, FSI3) and carrier websites. Support tracking & trace activities and performance reporting for the Shipment Management Service Line. Add value to customers through continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in cross-training within the team. Skills / Requirements : Students or professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics; OFR knowledge is a plus. Good communication skills in English (B2 level, verbal and written). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Employees who have been in the organization for at least 12 months or in their current role.
