We are hiring the best talent for a Commercial Processes and Capabilities Lead to be located in Bogota City (Relocation Not Applicable). Role Summary: - The Commercial Processes and Capabilities Lead, will be responsible and must ensure the automation and continuous improvement of the Company’s processes. (Sales Force effectiveness, Segmentation and Intelligent Automation) - He/ She will be responsible for developing and managing effective monitoring dynamics to ensure the execution of all initiatives, projects and activities of the Company. - Articulate and generate bridges of communication between the different areas of support and management and create the connections to carry out the multifunctional projects and activities for the Company. - Ensure the constant evolution and integration of the CRM into the dynamics of the franchises and non-clinical team. Main Responsibilities: - Lead the team in the identification of process automation feasibility, design / re-design of the processes and run continuous improvement cycle to endure the quality of the outcomes. - Deploy tools and techniques to standardize process flows. - Lead the definition of the local strategy of the CRM and coordinate the continuous improvement process required to ensure adaptability and value generation for the business. - Lead the oneforce platform, develop strategies of control and follow up and create a natural culture in the team. - Prioritize key initiatives in terms of their impact and value creation for the organization and mobilize the key stakeholders towards them. - Use knowledge of the needs of customers balanced with the needs of the long-term strategy to determine a prioritization for requested features. Support in the management and implementation of strategic and multifunctional initiatives and projects. - Lead Interdisciplinary Projects (Marketing, Commercial, Service Excellence, Supply Chain, Finance) from the End to end using agile methodologies. - KPI'S and value data management in order to promote sustainable growth of the business and proactively identification of areas of improvement. - Implement global and regional initiatives and adjust them to local business always seeking to increase efficiency. - Change management with teams to increase adoption of new processes. - Evaluate existing business process. - Create documentation detailing process improvements. - Manage improvement teams and implementation processes. **Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**: - Required experience in Project Management in matrix-based functional organizations. - Required experience in oneforce, modules and reports is strongly preferred. - Previous experience and practice of Agile methodologies. Solid experience of Continuous Improvement and Process Standardization. - Proven expertise in Data Analytics and data-based insights generation (usage of tools such as: Power BI, Alterix), if possible. - Fluent in English. - Ability to influence others to move initiatives forward and keep teams engaged - Systems thinking - Problem solving skills - Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders across different businesses and countries.
