Lifecycle Marketing Role Overview This role involves managing email and SMS marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, as well as overseeing Shopify operations across multiple storefronts. As a Lifecycle Marketer, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing campaigns, automations, flows, and transactional messages. Key Responsibilities - Own and optimize campaigns, automations, flows, and transactional messages in Klaviyo - Launch A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance - Collaborate with creative teams on template design and messaging - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA Shopify Store Operations - Manage three Shopify storefronts, including DTC, wholesale, and affiliate platforms - Oversee product uploads, collections, tags, and content updates on each storefront - Partner with design and operations teams to deliver a consistent customer experience across all platforms - Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising updates on each storefront Customer Journey and Loyalty - Map and optimize the full lifecycle of the customer journey from acquisition to retention - Support the creation of loyalty and referral programs to increase customer engagement - Identify key moments for messaging across channels to maximize customer interaction Cross-Functional Coordination - Align with design, operations, and CX teams to coordinate product drops and tentpole campaigns - Drive campaign timelines across email, SMS, and Shopify platforms - Identify process improvement opportunities in lifecycle and e-commerce operations Requirements - 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing - Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify, preferably multi-store management - Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities - Self-starter attitude and curiosity to learn new tools and systems Join a passionate team focused on growth, creativity, and customer experience.
