We are seeking a Remote Electrical Engineer specializing in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants. Responsibilities - Support project managers and civil/process engineers with electrical engineering services for municipal water and wastewater projects. - Assist in preparing electrical engineering studies, designs, and contract documents (drawings and specifications). - Prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD. Requirements - Electrical Engineer or Designer with at least 3 years of experience in private consulting for municipal water and wastewater projects, including design of power, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems. - Experience with industrial power systems design, utility service coordination, low and medium voltage power distribution, motor controls, and standby power systems. - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is a plus. - Knowledge of wiring methodologies for instrumentation and control systems is a plus. - Understanding of NEC, NFPA 820, and related codes is a plus.
