As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy by providing financial insights and guidance to local units. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing strategic plans and forecasts for key areas. - Ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting and sharing results with finance partners. - Preparing monthly analysis to explain variances between actual results and/or forecasts. - Tracking headcount on a regular basis and comparing to forecasted vacancy rates. - Identifying risks and opportunities that impact achievement of these forecasts. Key qualifications include: - 3+ years of experience in diversified financial management. - Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across multiple levels within organizations. - Advanced excel skills and proven experience working with internal stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
