Job Opportunity Bristol Myers Squibb is looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Hematology Franchise Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and developing brand strategies that drive successful launches and growth of our Hematology portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Leads a cross-functional team across Commercial, Access, Medical, and enabling Functions for a common and compliant set of brand objectives. - Accountable for fully loaded P&L; and owns decision on how the budget is used for cross-functional team resourcing/capabilities. - Drives dynamic resource allocation to meet brand/DA objectives over time. - Utilizes an omnichannel, personalized approach to marketing, leveraging advanced analytics and modular content processes. Required Qualifications & Experience: - Familiarity with range of customer journeys (HCP, Patient, Payor). - Able to deliver against commercial and broader performance objectives. - Relevant management background in leading Commercial, Access, or Medical functions. - P&L;/budget management experience.
